The foreigner is in Vietnam, has a work permit or is a Business Owner.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Ordinary passport
- 4 portrait photos (4x6 cm)
- Work Permit Vietnam (1)
- Legal documents of notary enterprises
- Signature Registration + Stamp Form
- Confirmation of temporary residence in wards – communes
- NA6 and NA8 Form (2)
- Letter of Recommendation
NOTE
If you are a business owner, you do not need a work permit
The application forms are prepared and provided by Saigon First Sky.
Application Requirements
Original passport
Valid for more than 6 months and blank pages
4.5x4.5cm white background, taken in the last 3 months
