• No queue: Lead passengers through the priority lane, assist with immigration procedures, return passport after completion.

2. LANDING VISA SERVICE (STAMPED VISA + FAST TRACK ENTRY)

1. Guests with CVNC, DN1,... (Official Letter of Entry)
2. Chinese nationals (Evisa, Apec Card, CVNC)

• Quick Entry Counter: Stamped visa, loose visa, through priority lane 4A or 4B
• Quick Counter Pass - Line VIP: Crew, Diplomatic, Apec
• No queue: Lead passengers through the priority lane, assist with immigration procedures, return passport after completion.

3. VIP SERVICE (EXIT)

1. Quick Exit Counter: Meet up at counter H, support check-in for boarding pass, priority exit counter.
2. Priority check-in + Exit Counter + screening: Meet up at counter H, priority check-in for boarding pass, quick exit through the priority counter and priority screening.
