APEC

APEC card for Vietnamese entrepreneurs who want to develop, do business, travel and stay for a long time in countries whose names are listed on the APEC member card: 19 APEC member economies out of a total of 21 members who have participated in the ABTC card program (APEC card) include:  Australia, Brunei, Chile, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru; Philippines, Singapore, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, Russia, and Vietnam.

I. Benefits of cardholders:

• Affirming the class of entrepreneurs.
• ABTC card holders when entering or exiting the countries and territories named on the card do not need to have a visa (visa-free), do not have to go through residence registration procedures, do not have to prove their finances and are allowed to enter and exit the country many times without restriction on the number of trips.  the maximum per stay is 60-90 days stipulated by those countries and territories, it does not take much time and money to apply for a VISA every time you want to go, just show your APEC card and air ticket and you can go right away.
• The APEC card helps you take the initiative in time, save money on emergency trips, work or outings.
• You can leave the 19 APEC member countries whenever you want to leave the country and you can travel within the 19 countries without having to return to Vietnam to go through the registration procedures.
• Priority is given  to handling entry procedures at border gates - airports, with separate passages.
• It is more convenient to apply for a visa to the US and other developed countries.
• The APEC card is valid for 5 years, after 5 years it will be renewed.

II. Conditions for making APEC cards (ABTC):

• The company has been operating for over 3 years, is headquartered in Vietnam, the owner has Vietnamese nationality
• The company has paid taxes in full , no outstanding debts, corporate income tax of the last 2 quarters
• must be profitable.
• Having signed at least 02 contracts with APEC countries in the past 2 years (Including long-term contracts signed with partners that are still in progress, possibly with 1 partner)
• The card holder must participate in social insurance at the company for at least 1 year.
• Fully comply with tax and customs policies, well comply with current regulations on enterprises
• The passport has gone abroad with a visa affixed at least 3 times in the past 4 years up to the present time and the passport must be  valid for >5 years.
• Card holders have the position of head of department or higher.

The card holder has no criminal record. Note:

• Depending on the province and the city, there will be  differences in conditions and documents.

Documents to be prepared and approval time

• Details will be provided after signing the contract and deposit.
• Card processing time: 150 administrative days from the time the enterprise provides complete documents.
